Gaius Maecenas (shown left), a friend and counselor to Augustus Caesar, was a generous supporter of the arts, especially literature. His sponsorship of such early masters as Horace and Virgil made his name the personification of the ideals of philanthropy and patronage. Your donation will help ATA create a remarkable show experience for members and prospective members at Boston 2026 World Expo. In keeping with show-season tradition, ATA is proud to announce the 5th annual sheet for ATA's Circle of Maecenas, our unique assembly of philatelic benefactors. As a member of the Circle, you will receive a unique, limited-edition gift to recognize your generosity. For a one-time donation of $28, you will receive the 2026 Circle of Maecenas Souvenir Sheet shown below.
This limited-edition black foil-stamped souvenir sheet includes a single jumbo stamp printed on dry gum adhesive paper and perforated in the traditional fashion. Each sheet is individually sleeved with a backer board explaining the stamp and the Circle of Maecenas. The sheet commemorates Boston 2026 World Expo. To take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to join ATA's Circle of Maecenas, use the form below to make your donation. You'll have the opportunity to tell us to ship your souvenir sheet or to let us know you'll pick it up in Boston at the ATA Booth (#713). There are also options to purchase previous year's souvenir sheets (supplies are limited). Membership is limited, and the cost of joining at the show (if still available) may increase over this offer. One feature of the Boston 2026 World Expo is a visitor's passport. These passports will be distributed to all attendees and will include pages for collecting stamps and cancellations. ATA has designed and will issue Boston-centric Cinderellas and accompanying Cinderella cancellations. Strips of four stamps will be available at the ATA Booth (#713), but a limited number of complete sheets are available for purchase.
