Charlene Blair is the founder and executive director of the National Museum of African Americans on Stamps (NMAAS), a virtual and traveling museum. She is dedicated to encouraging the hobby of stamp collecting and career options in the museum industry. Ms. Blair is the Illinois State Director of ESPER (Ebony Society of Philatelic Events and Reflections) and an award-winning exhibitor.
