Let’s explore a very popular topic with Vince Chermishnok, a member of the Penguins on Stamps Study Unit, who lives in Portugal. He has collected stamps since childhood. In addition to penguins, he collects the stamps of Portugal and its colonies. Vince is also a member of the American Society of Polar Philatelists and the Clube Filatélico de Portugal.
