ANN ARBOR STAMP SHOW NOVEMBER 4-5, 2022
Introduce your child to stamps, learn the value of that old album, and build your own collection at AAPEX2022, the annual Ann Arbor Stamp Show. Sponsored by the Ann Arbor Stamp Club, the show is Friday November 4 (10 am-5 pm) and Saturday November 5 (10 am-4 pm) at the Morris Lawrence Building, Washtenaw Community College, 4800 E. Huron River Drive, Ann Arbor (just north of the Golfside Rd-Clark Rd intersection). Admission and parking are free. Sign-in registration and name tags are required.
At the heart of Michigan’s second largest stamp show are 25 stamp, cover, post card, and supply dealers from nine states---- North Carolina, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, and Michigan. Three auction firms--- Dutch Country Auctions, Rasdale Stamp Co., and Sterling Stamps--- welcome consignments. The US Postal Service (a show co-sponsor) and United Nations Postal Administration sell recent issues. The youth area features free stamps and supplies for beginners. The Peninsular State Philatelic Society meets each day at 2 pm, and the American Topical Association will have a display.
The Ann Arbor Stamp Club meets the third Mondays of most months except December at the Salvation Army Citadel, 100 Arbana. AASC is a chapter member of the American Philatelic Society and American Topical Association. A special feature of the club is buying collections at auction and reselling stamps to members.
